Below is a listing of the more prominent vessels within the Mauridian Expeditionary Forces.

The Mauridians tend to categorize their vessels based on mission requirements. Or, more precisely, the missions the vessels is designed to perform. Generally, this categorization fits with the vessel's displacement as well. For simplicities sake, Mauridian Vessels are categorized with respect to their closest common weight class.

Although the smallest of the Mauridian capital ships in displacement, frigates form the backbone of the Mauridian Expeditionary Forces. Pulling missions from picket duty to escort to full fledged brawling.

BA'NEGVA CLASS

BA'LAVETH CLASS

This displacement is a newcomer to the Expeditionary Forces. An experiment to form a stouter fighting vessel to compete with the larger Terran and Kharadorn weight classes.

NA'VATHAGA CLASS

The utility class of the Expeditionary Forces. Cruisers have the appropriate space frame to accommodate mission variable modular components based on the needs of the MEF.

The complex and intricate battle plans that the Mauridians are renown for, call for a reliable means of delivering fighters and other, smaller strike craft to the theater. Thus, the MEF deploys carriers of various displacements.

This weight class encompasses the command control aspects of the Expeditionary Forces. Possessing well rounded capabilities, these vessels represent a departure from typical Mauridian design philosophy. This is because they would also be called upon to perform solitary missions outside of the tradition mindset of MEF combat doctrine.
