Boarding Warrior-

This picture is of a Kharadorn Tergan Gerrakknarga Warrior serving the Royal Navy as a boarding specialist. The Kharadorn consider boarding actions and art form and take great pride in the efficiency of their boarding warriors.

The Tergan represent the warrior/ labor caste within Kharadorn society.  And they consider their position a great honor as they understand the vital role their race holds within the Kharadorn Empire.

Note the armor is sparse, protecting only vital areas of the warrior's body.  The force shield is used to provide additional protection.  Both the shield and the Electro-Mag Carbine can be stowed onto clamps on their back allowing the warrior to hunch down on all fours (their preferred method of running).

Also note his rank insignia located on his left shoulder. This is a tradition that dates back thousands of years, where the pride leaders would perform ritual scarring on hopeful warrior to denote honored positions within the pride.
